Despite low inventory, Minnesota home sales were strong in 2020.
Chris Galler president of Minnesota Realtors says he’s expecting that the brisk home sales trend will continue in 2021, as interest rates remain very low.
Galler says overall sales in 2020 were up 8.4 percent, and there were over 92,000 properties closed.
