Look for many airplanes in the skies around Buffalo this weekend. The Buffalo Municipal Airport will host the 11th Annual Great Minnesota Aviation Gathering this weekend.
The Minnesota Pilots Association hosts the event which will feature numerous educational sessions and a variety of vendors that feature aviation-related products.
The Hangar Flying Sessions will cover a broad range of timely topics, including VFR and IFR flight operations, pre-flight considerations, seaplane operations, aviation medicine and medical certification, engine maintenance, flight seeing, U-S Forest Service and DNR flight operations, experimental aircraft building, local and state governments, and much more.
Events will run on Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
