Final Week of MN March Food Campaign

Minnesota’s March Food Campaign is in its final days.

Second Harvest Heartland CEO Allison O’Toole says record numbers of Minnesotans continue to rely on their local food shelf to make ends meet…

You know as much as I would like to say we are getting through this and all people are getting through this, it’s just not true We see grocery prices off the charts. More people are needing help filling their fridges. So when you think about it, things aren’t that different from a year ago.”

O’Toole is encouraging anyone who can make a food or monetary donation to their local food shelf and / or the statewide program to do so to help those in need.
