A reminder from the Wright County Highway Department that motorists should be aware of a railroad crossing closure this week in our area.
Officials say Canadian Pacific Railroad will close CSAH 32 at the rail crossing west of Highway 55 in Rockford Township today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday), April 8th and 9th for an emergency track repair.
The work is expected to require a two-day closure. A detour will be posted using State Hwy 55 and County Hwy 14.
Motorists are being thanked in advance for their patience and understanding while the work is being completed.
