Teen Injured in Two-Vehicle Traffic Crash Early Tuesday Morning in Buffalo

A local teen was injured in a two-vehicle traffic crash early Tuesday morning in the City of Buffalo.

The State Patrol reports that shortly after 6 AM Tuesday, a Kia Sorrento was eastbound on Highway 55, while a Ford Fusion was westbound. The two vehicles collided in the westbound lanes near the intersection with County Road 34.

Injured in the crash was a passenger in the Kia vehicle. 16-year-old Aangel Kingbird of Buffalo had non-life threatening injuries as a result of the crash, and was treated at Buffalo Hospital.

The driver of the Kia, a 16-year-old male who was not identified, was not injured.

The driver of the Ford sedan, 24-year-old Garret McClellan of Maple Lake, was not injured.
