Another summer celebration in Wright County gets underway today.
Howard Lake will welcome residents and visitors alike this week for the 2025 celebration of Good Neighbor Days.
Today (Thursday), the ECFE “Touch A Truck” event runs from 4 to 6 PM at the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School parking lot. Then at 6 PM, it’s Movie Night at the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Activity Center. Highlights of the event include food trucks, crazy hair, face painting and sandy candy. Then enjoy “Inside Out 2” in the Activity Center.
Officials with Good Neighbor Days remind visitors that due to the road construction that has been hampered by rain this month, the annual Good Neighbor Days parade has been canceled for Sunday. All other events are on as scheduled. Please follow the signed detours when necessary.
