(Delano Fireworks Spectacular)
The celebration for the 4th of July weekend is still in full-swing today (Sunday) in Delano, where highlights include sports tournaments, a community worship service, a kiddie parade, bingo in the park, the Market in the Park, an axe throwing tournament, kiddie pedal pull, a new trap shoot tournament, a wristband day at the carnival, and face painting with the royalty. Music today will be from Mike Bustin, Riffin Griffin, Axel & Betty, Poppa Bear Norton, and Ten Speed. Tonight on the main stage in the tent, it’s Maiden Dixie at 6 PM, and at 8:30, it’s Gen X Jukebox. Tonight (Sunday) at 10:30, the annual Delano 4th of July fireworks wrap up the community’s celebration.
