Two drivers were injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Haven Township in neighboring Sherburne County.
The State Patrol reports that shortly after 4 PM, a Chevy Impala was crossing Highway 10 at the St. Cloud Travel Information Center while a Hyundai Accent was westbound on Highway 10. The vehicles collided at the crossing area.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 69-year-old Deanne Crust of Brainerd, and the driver of the Hyundai sedan, 32-year-old Albert Kay of St. Cloud, both suffered non-life threatening injuries. Both were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment.
The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, Sauk Rapids Fire Department, and Mayo Ambulance all assisted at the scene.
