This is National Farmers Market Week, and local farmers markets across the state are celebrating.
Minnesota Farmers Market Association Executive Director Kathy Zeman says they’ll be parterning with multiple organizations to highlight markets…
“Minnesota Grown, which is a division of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, Minnesota Farmers Union and Land stewardship projects, and so between the four of us, we’re standing up 9 spotlight Markets 1, located in each of the 9 regions that MFA has in the state, and they’re going to do special activities in each one of those.”
