The month of September is recognized as National Preparedness Month.
CenterPoint Energy is offering up some tips on how Minnesotans can be prepared for an emergency.
CenterPoint Communications Specialist Joshua Solis says Minnesotans should start by getting an emergency plan in place…
“Make sure to have a plan for how your household will respond to severe weather and or other emergencies, and practice that plan regularly with your loved ones. Knowing where you’ll go in case of severe weather and what each person’s actions will be during an emergency should be part of that plan.”
More tips can be found on CenterPoint’s website, as well as; www.ready.gov.
