Wright County voters have been taking advantage of early voting for a few weeks ahead of Election Day on Tuesday, November 4th, and Wright County Elections says that the Wright County Government Center will be open expanded hours today (Saturday) to offer additional early voting.
Voters will cast ballots in the Senate District 29 special election as well as selected local school district ballot referendums. Wright County Elections encourages voters to review a sample ballot to see which contests will be on their ballot for Tuesday’s election.
Early voting is ongoing at the Wright County Government Center (3650 Braddock Avenue NE in Buffalo) today (Saturday) from 9 AM to 3 PM. Monday, November 3rd, the Government Center will also remain open until 5 PM for early voting.
For those who wish to vote on Election Day on Tuesday, November 4th, most voters will vote at their regular polling place. Some Wright County voters who are not within Senate District 29 will vote at combined polling places to cast ballots for the local school ballot referendum. Polls will be open on Tuesday from 7 AM to 8 PM. Wright County Elections is encouraging voters to verify their polling place location prior to heading to the polls.
A special note for South Haven residents who wish to vote on election day, officials say you should visit the Wright County Government Center to cast a ballot. Go to the Taxpayer Services counter to get your ballot. (Again, this applies only for South Haven residents wishing to vote on Election Day.)
