The Wright County Highway Department reminds residents and those interested that a virtual open house will be open through the end of the year regarding the CSAH 18/19 project in Albertville.
The public can add comments directly to the map or submit comments or suggestions via email or the phone numbers found on the contacts page.
Officials say some of the highlights of the upcoming project are regional traffic improvements, capacity improvements as well as increased efficiency for operation at the Middle School, pedestrian safety improvements, better traffic flow through use of roundabouts, and a safer link between the St. Michael-Albertville High School and Middle School for various types of travel.
The Highway Department lists some of the next key steps in the project as obtaining right of way, developing the final plans, then onto potential construction in 2026 through 2027.
