One person was injured Tuesday evening when a passenger car collided with an ambulance near the Buffalo Hospital in the City of Buffalo.
The State Patrol reports that around 6:20 PM, a passenger car was traveling on John Ause Memorial Drive, while the ambulance was northbound on Highway 25 when the vehicles collided at the intersection.
The only injury reported was to one of the passengers of the ambulance. 61-year-old Jill Henderson of Winsted sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the Buffalo Hospital.
The driver of the ambulance, 35-year-old Jacob Drusch of Howard Lake, and two other passengers, 30-year-old Elliot King and 36-year-old Andrew Schuelke, both of Howard Lake, escaped injury.
The driver of the Chevy Impala involved in the crash, a 17-year-old male whose name was not released, and a 17-year-old male passenger in the car, were not injured.
The Buffalo Police and two Allina Ambulances assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
