The Canadian Pacific Kansas City Holiday Train will be making its annual stop in our listening area on Monday.
The 2025 Holiday Train will visit Wright County and the surrounding area this coming Monday, December 15th.
The first stop will be in Loretto at the County Road 19 crossing around 4:30 PM. From there, it’s on to Buffalo for a scheduled 6 PM stop at the area around 5th Street Northeast. The third stop of the evening will be in Annandale around 7:30 PM at the Downtown Park on Harrison Street. The final stop for the Holiday Train that evening will be in Eden Valley around 9 PM at the State Street crossing at State Highway 22.
The Holiday Train travels across Canada and the U-S to raise money, food and awareness to support food banks across the regions that the CPKC passes through each year. Audiences come to the Holiday Train stops to see the dazzling lights, and enjoy musicians playing free concerts from the train’s drop-down stage. CPKC makes a donation to the local food bank at each stop and encourages all attendees to make a monetary or heart-healthy food donation.
Since its inaugural journey in 1999, the CPKC Holiday Train has raised more than $26 million and collected approximately 5.4 million pounds of food for community food banks in Canada and the U-S.
