More today from the recent U-S House Oversight Committee hearing in Washington, D-C regarding fraud investigations in Minnesota.
State Representative Marion Rarick, Republican from Maple Lake and a member of the Minnesota House Fraud Prevention Committee, was asked how to stop fraud…
“The answer to that is very simple. And that is if you just do simple basic governance like reconciliation and a few other financial controls, you won’t have the problems you have here. And if you don’t retaliate against your own employees, frontline workers who point out fraud you won’t have this problem either.”
Governor Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison are invited to testify before the committee in February.
