Minnesota is in the deep freeze, and forecasters say cold temperatures will continue into the weekend.
Ryan Dunleavy is with the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities…
“Windchills are going to be anywhere from that minus-35 to the minus-50 range with the coldest being northwestern Minnesota.”
Dunleavy recommends limiting time outdoors, and bundling up properly if you must go out.
The bitter cold has prompted many school districts in our area to either cancel classes today (Friday) or to shift to an e-learning schedule. Check the KRWC website for the latest weather related announcements through the weekend.
