Penny LaRue Welch

Age 78 of Buffalo, passed away February 26^th.  A Memorial Service for Penny Welch will be held Friday, March 6^th at 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Buffalo.  A luncheon will be held at the church following the service.  Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.  Arrangements were made with the Peterson Chapel in Buffalo.
