One Truck Driver Injured When Two Semis Collide in Clearwater

One truck driver was injured when two semi-trucks collided in Clearwater Monday afternoon.

The State Patrol reports that just before 2 PM, an International and a Freightliner semi were both eastbound on Interstate 94 in Clearwater when they collided.

The driver of the International semi, 29-year-old Lavena Hill of Cold Spring sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash and was treated at the St. Cloud Hospital.

The other driver, 28-year-old Sharniethy Romero of Sauk Rapids, was not injured.

The Clearwater Fire Department and Mayo Ambulance assisted State Troopers at the scene.
