The Wright County Parks Department invites everyone to help celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Robert Ney Nature Center this Saturday at the Robert Ney Regional Park near Maple Lake.
For three decades, the Nature Center has hosted numerous outdoor learning events, classes, and special attractions. This Saturday, the Parks Department will celebrate the Nature Center and all of the accomplishments through its first 30 years.
This Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, all ages are invited to enjoy crafts, games, family activities, food trucks, prizes, giveaways and more.
The U of M Raptor Center will hold a presentation at 11 AM, and “Tricia and the Toonies” will entertain the whole family with music beginning at 1 PM. Admission is free.
The Robert Ney Nature Center is located at the Robert Ney Regional Park at 5212 73rd Street Northwest, off County Road 8, north of Maple Lake.
