The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shed fire near St. Augusta.
On Wednesday, May 13th at around 10:34 PM, the Sheriff’s Office received multiple calls regarding a building fire on County Road 136 – approximately five miles from St. Cloud. The St. Augusta Fire Department responded to the incident location to find a fully engulfed shed on the west side of an abandoned farm site.
The fire was extinguished before it could spread to the other structures at the site. The cause of the fire remains unknown and is under investigation by the Stearns County Sheriff’s Department.
