Classes were canceled in Delano on Wednesday after what is being described as a “cyber incident” that occurred Monday evening.
Delano Public Schools Superintendent Matt Schoen said that it is not clear if it was an attack, but that the district network was compromised, and that the internet was shut down immediately to prevent further damage.
Students returned to classes on Thursday.
