A reminder to motorists in the area that a traffic change in Albertville is scheduled to begin today (Tuesday).
The Wright County Highway Department says the I-94 eastbound ramps to and from County Highway 37 in Albertville will be closed beginning today (Tuesday), and traffic will be detoured to the County Highway 19 interchange while the new ramps are being constructed. The westbound ramps will remain closed except for a temporary bypass to 62nd Street and the area just west of Lymon Avenue.
Meanwhile, access to and from County Road 137 will remain open via temporary lanes, providing access to local businesses.
Construction is expected to wrap up in early August.
