The Wright County Sheriff’s Department invites residents and visitors to an open house next week.
Friday, June 12th, the department will host the event from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Wright County Law Enforcement Center in Buffalo.
Those who attend can see K9 demonstrations, get insights from the Major Crimes Unit, learn more about the role of the Emergency Response Team, explore emergency vehicles, and watch UAV, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, or drone demonstrations, and experience a helicopter landing.
The family-friendly event will have games for the kids and offers a chance to meet community partners. Visitors will also be able to enjoy lunch while meeting and visiting with law enforcement professionals and other community members.
The Wright County Law Enforcement Center is on the Wright County Government Center campus at 3810 Braddock Avenue Northeast in Buffalo.
