A Waconia man died Sunday morning as the result of a motorcycle crash in neighboring Carver County.
The Carver County Sheriff’s Office reports that just before 9 AM Sunday, a motorcycle had been traveling south on County Road 51, north of Highway 212 in Benton Township when it left the roadway and crashed. The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and was found deceased nearby.
The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Ryan Miller of Waconia.
The Ridgeview Ambulance, Norwood Young America Fire Department and the State Patrol assisted the Carver County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident remains under investigation.
