Today (Saturday) is the biggest day for events in the 2026 Howard Lake Good Neighbor Days.
The day starts with a youth baseball tournament, and the annual fishing contest at Lions Park. Also featured today (Saturday), the GND 5K race, pickleball tournament, volleyball tournament, library book sale, yoga at Central Park, many crafting opportunities, a petting zoo, food trucks, a beer garden, vendor market, kids games, the turtle races and live music from “Lyzander.” Other events are the “All the Wheels” car show at the MAWSECO parking lot, the fire department pork chop feed and royalty bake sale at the fire hall, and music from “In the Fields” from 8 to 11 at 7th Street and 8th Avenue.
Howard Lake’s Good Neighbor Days continue through Sunday.
