Washington Irving’s most famous short story will come to life with music today (Wednesday) as the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Theatre Arts Boosters presents the opening performance of “Sleepy Hollow – The Musical.”
Follow the spooky story with the help of characters played by a large cast of local performers, all set to orchestrations by David Blackburn.
Performances over the next two weekends will be at the Blue Note Bar and Ballroom in Winsted.
Today’s opening performance is scheduled for 4 PM, with evening performances Friday and Saturday, July 17th and 18th at 7 PM.
Next weekend, performances will be at 7 PM on Friday and Saturday, July 24th and 25th, with a 4 PM matinee on Sunday, July 26th.
