Spend the day exploring outdoor recreation, learning new skills, meeting local organizations, enjoying live music, and celebrating everything that makes Minnesota’s great outdoors so special. It’s all at “The Great Outdoor Fair” Saturday at Sturges Park in Buffalo.
Buffalo Municipal Utilities is partnering with a number of organizations in our area to host the event that will feature a number of activities including a rock climbing wall, the Minnesota Science Museum Activity Lab, Kids Fishing Klinic, a bicycle obstacle course, and many more.
Visitors will also enjoy numerous presentations on yoga, chicken keeping, mushroom foraging, and Minnesota Zoo Naturalist talks.
Live music will be featured, and those who placed an order through the Blooming Buffalo program can pick up their plants. A number of food and refreshment trucks will also be on site.
The event is free to the public from 10 AM to 2 PM.
