The City of Buffalo is inviting residents to submit questions for City Council candidates in advance of a Candidate Forum scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th at 6 PM at the Buffalo City Center.
Questions may be submitted anonymously online, and selected questions will be presented to the candidates during the forum.
Officials say citizen questions and input are an important part of the city’s future, and Buffalo residents are encouraged to take part and ask questions about what matters most to them in their community. Submit your questions via the link on the City of Buffalo website at; www.ci.buffalo.mn.us.
Buffalo Mayor Steve Downer is running unopposed in the November elections, while there are three candidates for two seats on the Buffalo City Council. Councilmembers Brad Dahl and Erin Walsh are running for re-election, while Jenny Stuhr is running for a first term on the council.
