A Wright County man was involved in a three-vehicle traffic crash Sunday morning in Benton County.
The Minnesota State Patrol reports that around 11:45 AM, a Toyota pickup, a Volvo SUV, and a Ford F350 pickup were all eastbound on Highway 10 near Milepost 166 when they were all involved in a collision.
The only person injured in the crash was the driver of the Toyota pickup, 79-year-old David Zabel of Medford, Minnesota. Zabel had non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the St. Cloud Hospital. A passenger in his vehicle, 79-year-old Mary Zabel, also from Medford, was not injured.
The driver of the Volvo SUV, a 45-year-old woman from St. Cloud, escaped injury. The driver of the Ford F350 pickup, 24-year-old Rayne Jacobson of Maple Lake, also avoided injury.
The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and Mayo EMS assisted the State Patrol.
