St. Michael Man Injured in Single-Vehicle Crash in Elk River

A St. Michael man was injured Friday afternoon in a single-vehicle traffic crash in Elk River.

The State Patrol reports that just after 3 PM on October 23rd, a Ford passenger car was southbound on Highway 169, and was exiting to eastbound Highway 10 when the vehicle went out of control and rolled over.

The driver, 30-year-old Brett Campbell of St. Michael suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash and was treated at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.

Officials say Campbell was using a seat belt, and authorities do not suspect alcohol as a factor in the crash.

The Elk River Police and Fire Departments and Allina Ambulance assisted the State Patrol.
