“Labor Day weekend is kind of one of those holiday weekends where we anticipate Minnesota’s trails and waterways are going to be busy, and we have conservation officers. There’s county deputies that are on both trails and waterways that are out there keeping an eye out for people, making sure people are recreated safely.”
Dugan says Minnesota has seen 11 ATV / UTV fatalities so far this year.
