We now know the identity of a man who died in mid-February in a trailer home fire in neighboring Sherburne County.
The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim as 44-year-old Andrew Kritzek.
Kritzek died in a fire at the property in the 3100 block of River Road Southeast in Clear Lake Township on February 17th.
Fire crews were called to the home around 6:25 AM that morning, and found the trailer fully engulfed when they arrived. Authorities say they found Kritzek’s body inside the structure once the fire was put out.
The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an investigation, determining that the man died from carbon monoxide poisoning. The death was listed as accidental.
