A local man was injured in a traffic incident on I-94 in the overnight hours early Tuesday.
The State Patrol reports that just after 2 AM, a Nissan passenger car was westbound on the freeway when it hit the shoulder sign barrier.
Injured in the crash was the driver of the vehicle, 21-year-old Daniel Peredogarcia of Big Lake. The young man sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash and was treated at the Monticello Hospital.
Officials say roadways were dry at the time of the incident. Authorities say alcohol was not a factor.
