Buffalo Business Encourages Donations for Southern MN Flood Victims

A Buffalo business is spearheading a collection of bottled water to help flood victims in southern Minnesota.

The owners of Granny and Grandpa’s Handmade Creations in downtown Buffalo have friends in Henderson, Minnesota where there has been difficulty for residents to obtain fresh water.

A collection is currently underway at the business at 24 ½ Central Avenue Lower Level.

Donations of bottled water and non-perishable food items will be delivered directly to the Fire Hall in Henderson for distribution to community residents.

The owners say they are also reaching out to other communities in that regeion to assess the need for bottled water and other products.
