“Because of the inventory being a little bit more flat, although there’s some, you know, light at the end of the tunnel for them. Interest rates are at some of their lowest points that they’ve been in the last couple of years.”
New home listings fell by nine-percent in outstate Minnesota and nearly 11-percent in the Twin Cities in January. Pending sales fell 11.4-percent statewide and nearly 13-percent in the metro during the same period.
