Demolition and clean up took place over the weekend at a business in Waverly that was destroyed by fire on Christmas Day.
You’ll recall that fire crews were called to a blaze at EG Autoworks and Auto Sales on Highway 12 in Waverly shortly after 7 AM December 25th.
The Waverly Fire Department called for mutual aid from Cokato, Howard Lake, Montrose and Delano to contain the fire, but the building was a total loss.
No injuries were reported. Details on what may have caused the blaze have not yet been released.
