Minnesota’s March FoodShare Campaign is in its final weeks.
Operations Director Megan Young says it’s the state’s largest grassroots food and fund drive. She says while food donations are always welcome, keep in mind a cash donation goes a long way, particularly during March…
“They’re able to access food banks and discount purchasing programs that allow them to purchase items at a significantly lower cost, which is a really big point, considering how expensive food has gotten.”
100% of donations received during the March Campaign go into the food fund and will be distributed to foodshelves across the state.
