Four Injured in Thanksgiving Day Traffic Crash Near Buffalo

Four people were injured when two vehicles collided near Buffalo on Thanksgiving Day.

The State Patrol reports that just after 4 PM Thursday, a Honda SUV was westbound on Highway 55, and was attempting to turn south on Wright County Road 12 in Chatham Township.

The SUV collided with a Ford Fusion that was eastbound on Highway 55.

Injured in the crash was the driver of the Honda vehicle, a 16-year-old female from Waverly. Also injured was the driver of the Ford Fusion, 21-year-old Olivia Steinhauser, and two passengers, 21-year-old Marina Perfetto, and 60-year-old Karen Steinhauser, all of Otsego.

All four injured persons had non-life threatening injuries and all were treated at the Buffalo Hospital.

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office, Buffalo Police Department, and Allina EMS assisted the State Patrol.
