A funeral Mass is planned for today (Friday) in Waverly for a longtime area resident and community volunteer.
Alan “Al” Moy passed away at the Comforts of Home Assisted Living in River Falls, Wisconsin on August 13th at the age of 86.
Al was a 1957 graduate of Holy Trinity High School in Winsted.
He was the GM of Sentry Fire Protection for more than 43 years, and was a 50-year member of the Sprinkler Fitters Local #669.
Al served for several years on the Howard Lake-Waverly school board, and was a member of the Waverly Gun Club.
The funeral Mass for Al Moy is scheduled for today (Friday) at 11 AM at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Waverly.
