Friends and family will remember a lifelong Wright County resident, former businessman and community volunteer at a funeral Mass on Tuesday.
Lester “Les” Dalman passed away November 28th at his home at the age of 94.
Les grew up in Maple Lake, and graduated as the Valedictorian of the Maple Lake High School Class of 1949. He was drafted into the U-S Army in 1952, and served in Germany as a surveyor and map maker.
Les and his wife Marilyn raised their family in Buffalo, where Les began Dalman Cabinets, a successful cabinetry business. After Marilyn’s passing in 2016, Les was later blessed to find a new love with Marge Pavilik.
Les was a member of the Buffalo Lions, a Charter member of the St. Francis Xavier Knights of Columbus, and a member and Past Commander and Honor Guard member of the Buffalo American Legion Post 270.
Services for Les Dalman are scheduled for Tuesday at 11 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Buffalo.
