Further details are now available on a shed fire in Marysville Township on Wednesday.
The fire happened at the David Neske property on the 2500 block of 2nd Street SW. A neighbor called in the fire shortly before 10 AM. The building was a 60’ x 40’ machine shed, containing tools and several vehicles.
Firefighters from Maple Lake, Waverly, and Montrose were on the scene for around 5 hours fighting the blaze. There were no reports of injuries or fatalities of firefighters or livestock.
The building and its contents were considered a total loss.
