“We had a really strong June. If you look at all the numbers, I think we were up in all categories, particularly in listing sales, pending closed units. I think it was a telltale month.”
The statewide median home price rose 4.2% to a record high of $370,000. The Twin Cities median price rose 2.8% to $401,000.
