A woman from Wright County was injured in a two-vehicle traffic crash Tuesday afternoon in the City of Elk River.
The State Patrol reports that around 4:20 PM, State Troopers were called to the scene of the crash on westbound Highway 10 at Milepost 216.
Officials say a Kia passenger car and a Nissan SUV were both westbound on Highway 10 when they collided.
The driver of the Nissan vehicle, 27-year-old Sydney Ulrich of St. Michael sustained non-life threatening injuries, and was transported to the North Memorial Hospital in Maple Grove for treatment.
The driver of the Kia sedan, 23-year-old Julia Anderson of Clear Lake, was not injured.
The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, and the Elk River Police and Fire Departments assisted at the scene.
