Maple Lake Woman Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash in Rockford

One person was injured in a three-vehicle traffic crash late Wednesday afternoon in Rockford.

The State Patrol reports that the crash that happened shortly after 5 PM, and involved a Hyundai SUV and a Ford SUV, along with a Honda passenger car.

Officials say all three vehicles were westbound on Highway 55 when they collided west of Mile Marker 164.

The driver of the Honda Civic, 56-year-old Jodie Clemans of Maple Lake, sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the Buffalo Hospital.

The driver of the Ford Explorer SUV, 52-year-old Steven Stelton of Buffalo, had non-life threatening injuries that did not require hospital treatment. The driver of the Hyundai Santa Fe SUV, 45-year-old Megan Weber of Buffalo, was not injured.

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office, Rockford Fire Department, Allina Health, and T&M Towing assisted at the crash scene.
