Memorial services are set for Thursday in Buffalo for a noted resident who died recently from injuries sustained in a traffic crash.
Joyce Rolstad passed away May 31st at the age of 79.
Joyce was critically injured when the classic car she was a passenger in collided with a pickup truck Memorial Day evening south of Buffalo.
Joyce began her working years operating her own successful beauty salon. She also was a longtime employee at StarWest Chevrolet in Delano, and later enjoyed working on the farm with her husband, Duane.
She was an active member of the community, participating in the Wright County Ringers handbell group, and was an advocate for the National Kidney Foundation, taking part in numerous fundraisers and other events.
Services for Joyce Rolstad are planned for Thursday at 11 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church of Buffalo.
