Next week, residents in and around Wright County are invited to participate in the annual “National Night Out,” or “Night to Unite,” which is planned for Tuesday, August 5th.
Whether it’s referred to as “National Night Out,” or “Night to Unite,” the night is designed to encourage neighborhoods to gather together to strengthen neighborhood bonds, in order to watch out for one another in neighborhood safety and policing programs.
Residents in communities across the area are encouraged to check with their local cities or townships for planned events for the annual observance.
The City of Buffalo and the Buffalo Police and Fire Departments are inviting residents to host a neighborhood block party.
