A new study from the Minnesota Bio-Fuels Association found that M-N drivers saved 24.7 million dollars in 2024 by choosing E-15.
Executive Director Brian Werner explains that E-15 is less costly to produce than traditional gasoline…
“And that’s because ethanol, on a per-gallon basis, is cheaper than petroleum.”
Werner says E15 and other ethanol blends could continue to become a more economical fuel as traditional gasoline prices have begun to shoot up in the wake of the recent U-S military strikes in Iran.
