One Injured in Four-Vehicle Traffic Crash in St. Michael

One person was injured when four vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction type traffic crash in St. Michael early Wednesday afternoon.

The State Patrol reports that just before 3 PM, a mini-van, passenger car, pickup truck, and an SUV all collided on westbound Highway 241 at the intersection with Naber Avenue in St. Michael.

Injured in the crash was the driver of the pickup truck, 48-year-old Nicholas Studer of Rogers. He was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the Maple Grove Hospital.

The three other drivers, 34-year-old Melody Ragenoski of St. Michael, 34-year-old Leah Borchardt of St. Michael, and 48-year-old Hope Kenny of St. Michael all escaped serious injury.

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office and the St. Michael Fire Department assisted the State Patrol.
