South Haven Man Injured In a 2 Car Crash near St. Joseph

A South Haven man received non-life-threatening injuries on Tuesday following a two-vehicle crash near St. Joseph.

31-year-old Dallas Raymond Newman was turning onto eastbound I-94 from Highway 23 when his Chevy pickup collided with a Ford Escape, driven by 57-year-old Sue-Ann Kepner of Benson, MN.

Kepner was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries; Newman did not require medical attention.

Roads were reported as wet in the 5:20 PM crash.  Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts, and alcohol was not involved.

The State Patrol was assisted by the Rockville Fire Department, Waite Park Police Department, Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, and Mayo Ambulance.
