Street Party of Hope in Buffalo Tonight (Thursday)

A reminder to residents and visitors to Buffalo that the downtown Buffalo area will be busy this evening (Thursday) with activities surrounding the 19th annual “Street Party of Hope.”

Buffalo Strong invites everyone out to see displays from a variety of vendors that will line the street, along with food trucks, beverages, health and wellness and retail vendors, along with games, give-aways, activities for kids, and entertainment for all ages.

Again this year, funds raised will help members of the community who may not have access to mental healthcare to receive potentially life changing services. Buffalo Strong has partnered with counseling centers to help fund the critical services and offer low to no cost sessions for those in need.

This year, a special moment of silence is planned for 6 PM in remembrance of Patriot Day, and the Annunciation Catholic School tragedy.

The event is free to attend for visitors, and will run from 4 to 8 PM on the streets of downtown Buffalo.
